It is a great honour to have been elected Chairman of EMA Partners International and I follow dedicated men and women who have always worked to maintain a high standard in what we do collectively and as individual Partners.
EMA Partners International recently celebrated its 20th anniversary and our business environment and indeed the world were very much different to what they are today. The world has changed dramatically over the last 20 years in many different ways. The business world has become much more global and we have had to adapt to not only what our clients demand today but what they will be demanding in the next 5 years and beyond. Consequently, we have structured our organisation to ensure that we capture and share best practice from across the globe; we are strongly of the opinion that no-one has the monopoly of good ideas, hence our drive to establish industry leading standards in terms of client service and most important, delivery of results.
We will stand passionately on our ‘clients first’ commitment, whilst underscoring our credo of serving clients globally through the local expertise of our partner firms.
My role as Chairman is to oversee that we continue to grow, but also that we continue to commit to a standard of excellence that only comes from the personal competence of each of our partners. However, although a number of us within EMA Partners International have leadership positions both within the global as well as our local organization, we are all hands-on search consultants who enjoy our work and are proud of helping clients achieve their goals. In this way, we can ensure that we all focus on what is important in our business.
