Before joining EMA Partners, Santiago has served for more than 40 years as HR &  Operations Senior Manager in pharmaceutical, banking and mining sector, as well as Senior International Consulting Manager (privatization, process improvement and executive search) and Senior Consultant in Executive Search, Coaching and Talent  Management Consulting services at local and international consulting companies. 

Chris has practiced as a search professional for the past 25 years. After establishing the South African office, he recently joined the UK office and now works out of both locations. He serves on the EMA Partners Global Executive Committee and on the EMEA
Council of the AESC. Chris is a member of the energy, mining and manufacturing practice groups.

Bala Kumaran is a Principal Consultant at EMA Partners in Dubai,
leveraging his experience in the Middle East market. Previously, he worked extensively in Singapore, focusing on the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, building a strong understanding of diverse talent landscapes.

Known for his consultative and results-driven approach, Bala takes
ownership of the entire search process to address clients' talent needs effectively. He partners with industry leaders to identify key talent and deliver impactful results, contributing to business development through market insights.

Daniella Cançado is a psychologist with a degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and specialized training in both organizational and hospital psychology. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and business consulting, having worked with major companies like Usiminas and Unimed. In 2009, she was honored with the Human Being award in the social responsibility category.

Parin serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners and is a key member of the firm's Global Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Practice. He has over 13 years of expertise in Leadership Hiring, Succession Planning and Organization Capability Building with experience straddling across executive search and corporate.

Eva-Maria Maute works as Consultant, Executive Coach and DE & I Specialist for EMA Partners Switzerland AG. Having worked for diverse global companies, Eva-Maria has over 18 years’ experience in global marketing and management. 

Prior to focusing on Consulting and Executive & Business Coaching at Eva-Maria Maute Consulting, she was a member of the Swiss executive committee at a globally renowned F&B operator in the travel industry. 

Managing Partner at EMA Partners Switzerland AG and responsible for the Digital & Technology Practice. Bringing multi-year experience in banking and international management consulting, with over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience in the fields of information technology, executive search, and human resources consulting across a variety of industries. 

Degree in Business Informatics, MBA in International Management Consulting, training in NLP, NDS in Psychology & Management, certified Employer Branding Expert.

Joana Carvalho Neto joined EMA Partners has Senior Associate Partner in January 2024. She has solid experience in general and HR management, training & organizational development, talent management, executive recruitment, and project management. She was exposed to a wide range of business areas throughout her career, which gave her a macro perspective of company management as well as a broad understanding of how businesses operate in a variety of fields.

Marie Guillot is Managing Partner of the EMA Partners Houston office and has been a leader in retained executive search since 2007, following a 20-year career in industry as an executive in high-growth private and public companies. Marie has conducted over 700 executive search assignments including Board & C-Suite, VP, and Director roles for companies operating both domestically and internationally.
