Cecilia Besa

Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Her early career began in commercial and marketing areas in the financial and industrial sector, both in Chile and Brazil.

Since 1999 she is working in human resources consulting, compensation studies, primarily relating to the executive role.

In 2005, starts getting involved in executive search services and opinion studies.

Cecilia is the Founding Partner of TestaNova, focusing on customers´ needs throughout an integral service and shared business vision.

Kathy Zheng

Kathy began her career early as a HR in the IT industry. Following this, she has over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, with a focus on IT, Retail and Luxury industries. She has conducted assignments for Fortune 500 MNC's in China and Globally , to support her clients across industry sectors, in all functional areas ranging from director level to C-suites.

Kathy has an MBA degree from Aston Business School in the UK and is a Bachelor of Computer Science. She is also a nationally registered Psychological Consultant in China.

Sabine Byland

Sabine Byland works as a Senior Consultant for EMA Partners Switzerland AG. In addition to her consulting and project management activities, she assumes leadership responsibility and has years of experience in recruiting executives and specialists.

Sabine studied business administration and completed training as a coach.

Rui Guedes de Quinhones

Rui Guedes de Quinhones joined EMA Partners in 2019 as Country Partner for Portugal. He has extensive experience in Strategic Development, Leadership & Organizational Assessment across several industries, such as Consumer, Retail & Services, Technology, Marcom, Government & Not-for-Profit, Healthcare and Financial Services.

Rudolf von Buenau

With his extensive experience in the financial sector, in 2000, Rudolf began his career as an executive search practitioner where he focuses on managing assignments within the industrial, financial services, and private equity sectors.

Early in his career, Rudolf held a number of positions with the IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG in both Hamburg and Düsseldorf. While there, Rudolf gained extensive experience in corporate banking, corporate finance, product marketing, change management and due diligence for private equity funds.

Phil Sharp

Phil’s specialist practice areas include Energy and Natural Resources, Board and CEO Services, Industrial, Financial Services and Global Technology and Communications.

Phil started his recruitment career in 1993 before founding his own search firm in 2000. He has helped hundreds of businesses across all sectors to identify and recruit senior-level talent throughout the UK.

Phil is a well-known figure in the UK Executive Search Industry and is regularly quoted in the UK media. He is a graduate engineer with a Master’s Degree in Control with Information Technology.

Henrik Gustafsson

As Managing Partner, Henrik leads executive searches across industries and functional groups for both Finnish and international companies.

Henrik joined EMA Partners Finland in 2001 as a Senior Consultant. He has previously held senior roles as CFO and CEO for one of Scandinavia’s leading IT wholesaling companies. 

He is fluent in Finnish, Swedish, English, and German.

Josefina Stoopen

Josefina is a Certified Coach by Newfield Consulting; Associated Certified-Meta-Coach by International Society of Neuro-Semantics; Executive Coach by Salom Change Dynamics; is a designated Team Coach by CCE International Coach Federation; and she has a Birkman Method Certification. She actively participates in career coaching and mentoring programs with executives.

Koichi Fukuda

Koichi is an Executive Advisor in Tokyo for the Board & CEO, Global Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Energy & Natural Resource Practices. Concurrently, he serves for a few global energy companies as a board member and is one of the original members of Geniisis in San Francisco that represents people of “genius” such as the heads of major R&D centres, star professors and Nobel prize-winners from the global market.
