Reet Bhambhani leads the Technology, Digital, Banking & Financial Services Practices for EMA Partners in India and is part of the firm’s leadership council driving a high-performance culture within the firm. She has twenty years of experience in executive search and has been part of the India practice since its inception. Prior to her career move into executive search, she worked with a leading Broking & Securities firm in India.

After a career in public and private equity investing, and executive positions in talent development globally, Scott co-founded the EMA Partners Seattle office in 2021 to focus on senior cloud and cybersecurity roles across all major cloud providers.  Scott lived and worked in the Asia Pacific and European regions for 18 years and served as a Managing Director of JPMorgan Partners.

Ezra has held multiple executive leadership roles and scaled global cloud talent programs for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he came to understand that the greatest challenge for businesses today is finding leaders with proven cloud and digital modernization know-how. Seeing this as the biggest hurdle of business today — and the greatest opportunity for the new workforce of tomorrow - he co-founded the McKinley Hodge Group (MHG), a cloud-native executive and technical retained search firm, before joining EMA Partners.

Adriana has successfully conducted numerous senior management searches and leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the Industrial and Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources, Consumer, Retail and Services, Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and Technology and Communications sectors. Her clients range from multinational corporations to family-owned businesses, privately held companies, and start-ups.

Daniel has successfully conducted numerous senior management searches and leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the businesses of Industrial and Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources, Consumer, Retail and Services, Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Technology and Communications, industry in all functions. His Clients range from multinational to family/privately-owned companies and start-ups.

Lidia Pititto works as a consultant for EMA Partners Switzerland AG. Prior to that she spent eight years in the food & beverage industry, including six years at Migros (MGB) in the international division as a project manager, responsible for the strategic export marketing. Earlier she worked in the financial industry for twenty years (SIX Swiss Exchange, Merrill Lynch and Fidelity). She has a commercial education as well as a marketing expert degree.

Niklas Gustafsson is a Senior Partner at EMA Partners Finland. Niklas is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing, media and banking industries. Personable, responsible, and persistent with a customer-focused and goal-driven mindset.

Sudarshan leads EMA Partners across India, Singapore & UAE and is part of the global firm's executive board responsible for the Marketing & Communications portfolio. Operating from Mumbai & Singapore, Sudarshan has over 25 years of experience in Executive search and has led successful domestic and cross border search assignments for both Indian and multinational corporations across industry sectors and functional disciplines. He also leads the Board and CEO practice for the firm in India and has partnered with clients to deliver several high-profile leadership appointments.

Eunra Yoon has been highly specialized in various industries such as leading domestic manufacturing companies, mid-sized companies, overseas consumer goods companies, luxury brands, and medical devices for more than 20years. Starting as a researcher, she has research experience and understanding in various positions and has good communication skills with clients as a senior consultant.
