Markéta functions as a senior consultant in the company and has become a cornerstone employee.

She started her career in sales in a Danish furniture company in Prague. She was responsible for managing large furnishing projects at international firms. A Swedish furniture producer took over the company later. In 2003, she joined Birger Husted as researcher in Executive Search. She was a member of the EMA Partners Czech Republic | Husted s.r.o. team since 2006.  

Marketa communicates fluently in Czech, Slovak and English, and speaks some Russian.

Fernando joined as a Partner in Airaldi SHC in 2008. He actively participates in mentoring programs for top universities such as Di Tella, UCA, and UCEMA.

His consulting career started 9 years ago and he has successfully developed appropriate search and sourcing strategies for many of Airaldi SHC’s clients within a wide range of industries. Before joining this firm, he held line and managerial positions in Commercial and International Commerce areas for multinational companies in Consumer Goods, Automotive industries, as well as Start-up business in retail franchising.

Jolanta covers a broad spectrum of executive and managerial appointments, with a particular focus on the Industrial, Consumer Markets, Financial Services and Life Sciences areas. She has over 20 years of Leadership Advisory and Executive Search experience.

Before embarking on her consulting career, Jolanta served as a Purchasing Director for a major international retail organization. She holds an M.A. and has completed MBA studies in European Economy Management. Jolanta is fluent in French and English, and has a working knowledge of Russian.

Ben is a Managing Partner in Tokyo responsible for the Industrial Practice, and member of the Global Healthcare & Life Sciences and Global Technology & Communications Practices. With over 13 years of experience in executive search consulting in Japan, he has a successful track record in placing executives in senior management positions for multinational companies operating in Japan. 

Hans Forslöf joined EMA Partners Sweden in 2013, and has held senior and executive positions since 1976 with global organisations including ABB Fläkt, EDS, SDRC (Siemens PLM Software) and Fläkt Woods. Hans has spent eight years in México and six years in the UK as Country Manager/Managing Director of ABB Fläkt’s subsidiaries.

Hans began his career with Esselte in Stockholm after graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at Sorbonne and INSEAD.

Hans is fluent in Swedish, English, Spanish and knows German and French, as well.

Janet Lee is the Managing Partner of EMA Partners Hong Kong and Founder of Burke Associates.  She specializes in Management and C-Suite search, with a focus on Financial Services & Insurance. She also leads complex regional and country level Human Resources searches across a range of industries.

Heidy Chan is the Associate Director in Hong Kong with EMA Partners. She has over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing for Asia, and Sales & Marketing. She also has extensive skills in dealing with senior executives. Heidy joined Burke Associates in 2008, responsible for senior level search in Financial Services and Insurance sectors.

Heidy has a Bachelor’s degree in Public & Social Administration and a Master’s degree in Electronic Business from The City University of Hong Kong.

Ezra has held multiple executive leadership roles and scaled global cloud talent programs for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he came to understand that the greatest challenge for businesses today is finding leaders with proven cloud and digital modernization know-how. Seeing this as the biggest hurdle of business today — and the greatest opportunity for the new workforce of tomorrow - he co-founded the McKinley Hodge Group (MHG), a cloud-native executive and technical retained search firm, before joining EMA Partners.

Sanjeev is part of the Industrial & Manufacturing Practice for the firm in India. Based out of EMA Partners’ Gurgaon office, he is responsible for developing and building deep relationships with clients across the practice. He has been involved in several breakthrough searches with his clients across the country.

Sanjeev brings with him over two decades of business and industry experience, having worked in the telecom and services sector across India and Africa. He has previously served with organisations including Tata, Airtel and Verizon Business.

Rebeca has successfully conducted numerous executive search and leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the businesses of Energy and Natural Resources, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and Industrial sectors in all functions. Her clients range from multinational to family-owned companies and start-ups. Currently, she serves as Partner & Researcher at EMA Partners Brazil, where she plays a key role in senior-level recruitment for national and multinational organizations.
