After a career in public and private equity investing, and executive positions in talent development globally, Scott co-founded the EMA Partners Seattle office in 2021 to focus on senior cloud and cybersecurity roles across all major cloud providers. Scott lived and worked in the Asia Pacific and European regions for 18 years and served as a Managing Director of JPMorgan Partners.
Ezra Hodge
Ezra has held multiple executive leadership roles and scaled global cloud talent programs for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he came to understand that the greatest challenge for businesses today is finding leaders with proven cloud and digital modernization know-how. Seeing this as the biggest hurdle of business today — and the greatest opportunity for the new workforce of tomorrow - he co-founded the McKinley Hodge Group (MHG), a cloud-native executive and technical retained search firm, before joining EMA Partners.
Sanjeev Das
Sanjeev is part of the Industrial & Manufacturing Practice for the firm in India. Based out of EMA Partners’ Gurgaon office, he is responsible for developing and building deep relationships with clients across the practice. He has been involved in several breakthrough searches with his clients across the country.
Sanjeev brings with him over two decades of business and industry experience, having worked in the telecom and services sector across India and Africa. He has previously served with organisations including Tata, Airtel and Verizon Business.

Jiwon has been with Solution since 2006 and built up over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer, financial service, Media and Portal related industries at companies such as Ilsung Pharmaceuticals, Reuters as well numerous other multinational organizations. Harry Han
