After a career in public and private equity investing, and executive positions in talent development globally, Scott co-founded the EMA Partners Seattle office in 2021 to focus on senior cloud and cybersecurity roles across all major cloud providers.  Scott lived and worked in the Asia Pacific and European regions for 18 years and served as a Managing Director of JPMorgan Partners.

Ezra has held multiple executive leadership roles and scaled global cloud talent programs for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he came to understand that the greatest challenge for businesses today is finding leaders with proven cloud and digital modernization know-how. Seeing this as the biggest hurdle of business today — and the greatest opportunity for the new workforce of tomorrow - he co-founded the McKinley Hodge Group (MHG), a cloud-native executive and technical retained search firm, before joining EMA Partners.

Sanjeev is part of the Industrial & Manufacturing Practice for the firm in India. Based out of EMA Partners’ Gurgaon office, he is responsible for developing and building deep relationships with clients across the practice. He has been involved in several breakthrough searches with his clients across the country.

Sanjeev brings with him over two decades of business and industry experience, having worked in the telecom and services sector across India and Africa. He has previously served with organisations including Tata, Airtel and Verizon Business.

Also experienced in hiring of all business units of Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance and Legal as well as in all level of hiring from CEO, President, middle level managers and Administrator/Secretary with the good understanding of new technology and skills.

Minkyu Park Partner Consultant has successfully served as an executive in charge of talent development and human resources for 28 years in Korean and multinational companies across the Asia-Pacific region, including 16 years of overseas work. The extensive experiences in both domestic and international fields form a strong foundation for understanding organizations' recruitment needs and effectively identifying high-quality talents, thereby supporting the long term growth of both firms and the talents.

For the past 35 years, HoonKyu has worked at multiple companies such as SK Group (general trading company), Tongyang Securities, Boryung Pharmaceutical Group (pharmaceutical, healthcare, IT, consumer goods), and Sejung Group (fashion), working as a CEO for 8 years at the last three companies.

Having various industry experiences, he is highly capable of recommending talents to companies, considering the volatile business environment with his insight in organizational management.

Michelle was an IT expert who has spent the last 25 years working for large conglomerates both in Korea and abroad, including LG Electronics, IBM, and Cisco. Upon obtaining her master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kyungpook National University, Michelle led a technical support team at IBM and a service sales team for strategic accounts at Cisco by leveraging her background in engineering. Notably, her strengths lie in accurately analyzing her clients’ business needs and bringing them exceptional results.

Jiwon has been with Solution since 2006 and built up over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer, financial service, Media and Portal related industries at companies such as Ilsung Pharmaceuticals, Reuters as well numerous other multinational organizations. After many years of industrial service, she decided to move into the consulting business introducing talented professionals to companies. She has a real interest in discovering and promoting individual talents, matching their characteristics to the company’s business needs and culture.

Harry is a human resources expert who has more than 30 years of hands-on experience. He spent over 10 years working as a HR executive at Bayer Korea and Glaxo Wellcom before becoming the president of Amrop International Korea.

In 1988, he founded the executive search firm, Solution Incorporated. In the same year, he also formed a successful partnership with a global talent management company, Stanton Chase International.

In addition to Solution Inc., he also established an online recruiting company, Career Match as a joint venture with Talenxworks Inc. in Canada.
