Birger Husted is a Danish national and a Managing Partner at EMA Partners Prague. With almost 30 years of experience in the Executive Search business, he also opened the EMA Partners Czech Republic | Husted s.r.o. office in 2006.

Birger started his career in marketing and sales in Denmark but has undertaken international assignments in Sweden, Norway, Finland, German and the USA.

Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes, Santiago. She has over 12 years of experience in human resource consultancy. Her early career included assessment and organizational development for diverse projects.

On 2013 joins TestaNova as Senior Consultant, in the area of ​​Executive Search, for middle management and C-Level. Supports candidate’s integral evaluation, considering their experience, cultural fit and development of relevant competences for each position.

Capucine graduated with a Master's degree in Management from Paris Dauphine University, after which she completed a Master's degree in International Finance. Capucine passed the third level of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination in 2015. After a 12 year experience in the Investment Banking industry as a Financial Engineer and then an originator within different departments such as Equity derivatives, Commodities, Energy and Structured Financing where she covered various geographical areas including Spain, Russia, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Turkey and South-Africa.

Amarjeet leads the Leadership and Board level engagements for EMA Partners UAE. He works with clients in the Consumer, Financial Services, Payment & FinTech, Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources and Real Estate sectors. He has over a decade of experience in Sales & Marketing, Product & Business Development & Executive Search. Previously he worked with organisations including Canon, Reliance Communications & Tata Teleservices Ltd.

As an executive search practitioner, David applies his expertise across a range of industries with an emphasis on technology, engineering, and general consultancy.

David began his career in IT and telecommunications with Alcatel and France Telecom, where he held a number of positions in project management and business development.

David holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA from IESE Business School.

César Pera is a Senior Consultant in Human Management Strategy, Executive Search, Executive Coaching and Talent Management with over 30 years of experience as Vice President of Human Resources in multinational and national companies, where he twice achieved “Great Place to Work” honours.

Cesar has been President of APERHU Peruvian Association for Human Resources, Vice President of the Andean region of the Interamerican Federation of People Management (FIDAGH), and a Director of the Board of the Graduate School of the Universidad del Pacífico.

Prior to joining EMA Partners I JMI Executive Search, Ole enjoyed a successful career in senior management roles in the Life Sciences sector. During the past 16 years he has worked as an executive search practitioner and has completed assignments within the pharmaceutical industry, biotech, and financial services sectors.

As a Managing Partner Jo has over twenty years of search experience and has successfully executed numerous searches at the senior executive and Board level. Additionally, Jo leads the intermediate level practice for EMA Partner’s New York and Toronto offices and is a senior member of the firm’s Digital, Fintech, Payments, Financial Services and Technology Practice Groups.

Francisco is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies in the services sector and non-profit organisations.

Since 2000, he has occupied managerial responsibilities at the field of business schools. The last 7 years at IESE Business School as Director of Programmes in the area of Executive Education, first in Madrid and then in Barcelona, working with a large number of managers and major national and international companies. In 2014, he joins Status | EMA Partners Spain as Consulting Partner.

Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Affairs Management both from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

In her early career, she worked for 15 years in Public Affairs areas of the private sector and has more than 8 years of experience in executive search, focused on senior management and C-Level positions.
