As a Managing Partner Jo has over twenty years of search experience and has successfully executed numerous searches at the senior executive and Board level. Additionally, Jo leads the intermediate level practice for EMA Partner’s New York and Toronto offices and is a senior member of the firm’s Digital, Fintech, Payments, Financial Services and Technology Practice Groups.

Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Affairs Management both from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

In her early career, she worked for 15 years in Public Affairs areas of the private sector and has more than 8 years of experience in executive search, focused on senior management and C-Level positions.

Fernando joined as a Partner in Airaldi SHC in 2008. He actively participates in mentoring programs for top universities such as Di Tella, UCA, and UCEMA.

His consulting career started 9 years ago and he has successfully developed appropriate search and sourcing strategies for many of Airaldi SHC’s clients within a wide range of industries. Before joining this firm, he held line and managerial positions in Commercial and International Commerce areas for multinational companies in Consumer Goods, Automotive industries, as well as Start-up business in retail franchising.

Hans Forslöf joined EMA Partners Sweden in 2013, and has held senior and executive positions since 1976 with global organisations including ABB Fläkt, EDS, SDRC (Siemens PLM Software) and Fläkt Woods. Hans has spent eight years in México and six years in the UK as Country Manager/Managing Director of ABB Fläkt’s subsidiaries.

Hans began his career with Esselte in Stockholm after graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at Sorbonne and INSEAD.

Hans is fluent in Swedish, English, Spanish and knows German and French, as well.

Janet Lee is the Managing Partner of EMA Partners Hong Kong and Founder of Burke Associates.  She specializes in Management and C-Suite search, with a focus on Financial Services & Insurance. She also leads complex regional and country level Human Resources searches across a range of industries.

Heidy Chan is the Associate Director in Hong Kong with EMA Partners. She has over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing for Asia, and Sales & Marketing. She also has extensive skills in dealing with senior executives. Heidy joined Burke Associates in 2008, responsible for senior level search in Financial Services and Insurance sectors.

Heidy has a Bachelor’s degree in Public & Social Administration and a Master’s degree in Electronic Business from The City University of Hong Kong.

Reet Bhambhani leads the Technology, Digital, Banking & Financial Services Practices for EMA Partners in India and is part of the firm’s leadership council driving a high-performance culture within the firm. She has twenty years of experience in executive search and has been part of the India practice since its inception. Prior to her career move into executive search, she worked with a leading Broking & Securities firm in India.

After a career in public and private equity investing, and executive positions in talent development globally, Scott co-founded the EMA Partners Seattle office in 2021 to focus on senior cloud and cybersecurity roles across all major cloud providers.  Scott lived and worked in the Asia Pacific and European regions for 18 years and served as a Managing Director of JPMorgan Partners.

Ezra has held multiple executive leadership roles and scaled global cloud talent programs for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he came to understand that the greatest challenge for businesses today is finding leaders with proven cloud and digital modernization know-how. Seeing this as the biggest hurdle of business today — and the greatest opportunity for the new workforce of tomorrow - he co-founded the McKinley Hodge Group (MHG), a cloud-native executive and technical retained search firm, before joining EMA Partners.

Sudarshan leads EMA Partners across India, Singapore & UAE and is part of the global firm's executive board responsible for the Marketing & Communications portfolio. Operating from Mumbai & Singapore, Sudarshan has over 25 years of experience in Executive search and has led successful domestic and cross border search assignments for both Indian and multinational corporations across industry sectors and functional disciplines. He also leads the Board and CEO practice for the firm in India and has partnered with clients to deliver several high-profile leadership appointments.
