EMA Partners Announces a new office in London

EMA Partners International welcomes a new office in London (UK), and Managing Partners Alison Ryan and Phil Sharp. Combined, Alison and Phil bring more than thirty five years of experience in Executive Search.

Alison helps organizations across market sectors identify executive talent for a range of functions including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.  She also advises startups on recruitment strategies, and assists venture capitalists with Board selection. Alison is currently managing areas that include London and Southern England.

Phil Sharp began his career in executive search and continues to work alongside many international organizations and global brands. In addition to finding best-in-class talent, EMA Partners UK offers consulting services in organizational mapping, competency interviewing and talent tracking.
