EMA Partners expands in South America

EMA Partners recently welcomed two new offices in South America:  Santiago, Chile and Lima, Peru.

These two offices join a growing partnership of firms in South and Central America that includes offices in Panama City, and six offices in North America.

Antonia Errázuriz is one of the founding Partners of TestaNova. The firm has served Santiago and the Chilean market for seven years specializing in the areas of Industrial, Consumer, Retail and Financial Services. Antonia says that her clients will benefit from becoming part of EMA Partners International, and that, in particular, “those clients that have established global businesses and want to continue to work with us outside of Chile. With EMA, we know that we are working with partners who will provide our clients with the same high quality service that receive from us in Chile.”

César Pera & Isabel Luna founded Pera Consultores in 2014. César has been conducting executive searches for more than 30 years. Since the beginning we have been a differentiator in the in the Peruvian market.” Today, EMA Partners Perú | Pera Consultores serves a select portfolio of clients from various industries, many of which have international presence or, are expanding outside Perú, and require the expertise across industries that EMA is known for.

Jean Raymond, Regional Chairman for the Americas said, “I am so pleased that EMA Partners International can count on two exceptional partners in Latin America. These two firms will add strength to our organization given Isabel’s HR expertise and Cesar’s 30 years of experience in both HR and executive search. In Santiago, Antonia, Katerina and Cecilia serve an impressive list of companies in several sectors. South American markets have so much to offer, and are opening gateways to trade and commerce, and have become attractive partners for global growth, expansion and investment. No question, with these acquisitions, EMA is now a key player in Latin America.”
