Carlos has been Deputy General Manager, Corporate Human Resources Manager and Continuous Improvement Project Manager in the industrial, services and government sectors. He has led business merger, process improvement and human management projects, in addition to providing Executive Search, Consulting and Executive Coaching services.
He has directed organizational improvement and human management projects in top-level companies in the industrial sector, covering areas of operations, sales, logistics, organization and talent management. Carlos has an MBA from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (Peru), as well as a European Master in Strategic Management of the Human Factor at the Escuela de Organización Industrial (Spain). He is also a professor at Pacifico Business School, Post-Graduate School at the Universidad del Pacífico, in Lima, Peru
