As a Principal at EMA Partners, Emily supports the firm’s Technology & Communications, Financial Services, Consumer Retail Services, Payments, Fintech and Digital Practice Groups, providing personalized support to clients across the North American Enterprise and SMB markets.

Licensed Psychologist, graduated from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, specializing in Clinical and Organizational fields. Currently, she serves as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search & Development at EMA Partners Peru, leading recruitment processes, headhunting for mid-to-senior management, and leadership and organizational development programs.

Carlos has been Deputy General Manager, Corporate Human Resources Manager and Continuous Improvement Project Manager in the industrial, services and government sectors. He has led business merger, process improvement and human management projects, in addition to providing Executive Search, Consulting and Executive Coaching  services.

Before joining EMA Partners, Santiago has served for more than 40 years as HR &  Operations Senior Manager in pharmaceutical, banking and mining sector, as well as Senior International Consulting Manager (privatization, process improvement and executive search) and Senior Consultant in Executive Search, Coaching and Talent  Management Consulting services at local and international consulting companies. 

Bala Kumaran is a Principal Consultant at EMA Partners in Dubai,
leveraging his experience in the Middle East market. Previously, he worked extensively in Singapore, focusing on the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, building a strong understanding of diverse talent landscapes.

Known for his consultative and results-driven approach, Bala takes
ownership of the entire search process to address clients' talent needs effectively. He partners with industry leaders to identify key talent and deliver impactful results, contributing to business development through market insights.

Connie has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting and searching for mid to high end talents, Skilled in meeting the development needs of enterprises, focusing on improving the competitiveness of core human resources, and providing professional and effective human resource solutions and project management.

Connie has an MBA degree from Durham University, UK.

Daniella Cançado is a psychologist with a degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and specialized training in both organizational and hospital psychology. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and business consulting, having worked with major companies like Usiminas and Unimed. In 2009, she was honored with the Human Being award in the social responsibility category.

A dynamic professional, a strategic thinker with a client-centric approach having 14+ years of experience in the consulting industry. Shreya is keen to move out of the box, explore newer territories and take on challenges only to help unleash her potential to the fullest. Based in Mumbai, she now works for EMA Partners India as a Client Director in the Consumer & Retail practice. Shreya works with some of the leading names in the Consumer & Retail industry and has successfully worked with several clients to deliver value driven outcomes for clients across the sector.

Parin serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners and is a key member of the firm's Global Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Practice. He has over 13 years of expertise in Leadership Hiring, Succession Planning and Organization Capability Building with experience straddling across executive search and corporate.

Eva-Maria Maute works as Consultant, Executive Coach and DE & I Specialist for EMA Partners Switzerland AG. Having worked for diverse global companies, Eva-Maria has over 18 years’ experience in global marketing and management. 

Prior to focusing on Consulting and Executive & Business Coaching at Eva-Maria Maute Consulting, she was a member of the Swiss executive committee at a globally renowned F&B operator in the travel industry.
