As a Partner for the EMA Partners New York office, Robyn specializes in the Technology/SaaS, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and Professional Services industries across North America. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional leadership talent, Robyn collaborates with clients to address their most pressing business needs to drive transformative growth.
Known for her industry expertise and personalized approach, Robyn is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions. She is passionate about helping corporate, PE-backed, and VC-funded organizations achieve their strategic goals through exceptional talent acquisition and leadership alignment.
Robyn serves as a coach for The Honor Foundation, a career transition service for special operations military veterans. She is also an active member of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce in Connecticut.
Prior to joining EMA Partners, Robyn was a Talent Acquisition leader at Amazon Web Services and an Associate Partner at The Millard Group, a boutique search firm serving the technology industry. Earlier in her career, Robyn worked in banking for JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in business management and marketing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
