Arun is a business leader and consultant with over 44 years of experience in Leadership Advisory, Executive Search, General Management, Business Development, and Sales. 

He served as the Chairman and Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles India, as well as the Regional Managing Partner for Southeast Asia and later as Regional Managing Partner – Asia Pacific & Middle East in the firm’s Industrial Practice, during a distinguished 23-year career.

Geraldine is a key member of the Banking & Financial Services & Technology practice for the firm in India. With nine years of association with the firm, she has notable credentials in appointing high-impact C-suite leaders in both traditional and new-age organizations.

Shreya Jain is a Client Director at EMA Partners India, specializing in Retail & Services, Media, Private Equity, and Professional Services Practices. She joined the firm from KPMG India and brings close to 15 years of experience in the consulting industry.

Parin serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners and is a key member of the firm's Global Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Practice. He has over 13 years of expertise in Leadership Hiring, Succession Planning and Organization Capability Building with experience straddling across executive search and corporate.

Prakash co-founded EMA Partners India in 2003, and serves as its Managing Partner. He works closely with clients in the Industrial, Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors across EMA Partners offices in India. His deep expertise in these areas has anchored numerous searches to identify business line and functional leadership. Prakash has conducted numerous technical searches in niche areas within these domains. He works closely with private equity investors to build leadership teams for their portfolio companies.

Reet Bhambhani leads the Technology, Digital, Banking & Financial Services Practices for EMA Partners in India and is part of the firm’s leadership council driving a high-performance culture within the firm. She has twenty years of experience in executive search and has been part of the India practice since its inception. Prior to her career move into executive search, she worked with a leading Broking & Securities firm in India.

Sanjeev is part of the Industrial & Manufacturing Practice for the firm in India. Based out of EMA Partners’ Gurgaon office, he is responsible for developing and building deep relationships with clients across the practice. He has been involved in several breakthrough searches with his clients across the country.

Sanjeev brings with him over two decades of business and industry experience, having worked in the telecom and services sector across India and Africa. He has previously served with organisations including Tata, Airtel and Verizon Business.
