Deepshikha Tandon serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners, specializes in senior leadership hiring for the firm’s Industrial, Energy & Natural Resources practice across Southeast Asia. With a focus on orchestrating high-impact executive search and succession planning assignments, she aids clients in filling critical leadership positions at local, regional, and international levels. Deepshikha's tenure with EMA is distinguished by her expertise in addressing complex leadership challenges and unwavering commitment to business transformation.

Shweta has been with EMA Partners India for more than 15 years, contributing to the growth of firms Energy & Natural Resources and Industrial Manufacturing practice. Her extensive experience and deep sector knowledge have been instrumental in building the practice, achieving numerous success stories along the way. She has expertly managed critical client relationships and successfully executed numerous leadership assignments across functions for various organizations and geographies.

Parin serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners and is a key member of the firm's Global Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Practice. He has over 13 years of expertise in Leadership Hiring, Succession Planning and Organization Capability Building with experience straddling across executive search and corporate.

Adarsh is part of the Industrial & Manufacturing Practice for the firm in India. Based out of EMA Partners’ Gurgaon office, he is responsible for client acquisition, execution of CXO mandates and stakeholder management. Preceding his current role, he was associated with a boutique executive search firm as an Associate Principal for the Industrial and Manufacturing sector.  Earlier he worked with a leading global healthcare company, as Senior Leadership Search Advisor and was hiring for their International Operations across Southeast Asia and Europe.

Prakash co-founded EMA Partners India in 2003, and serves as its Managing Partner. He works closely with clients in the Industrial, Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors across EMA Partners offices in India. His deep expertise in these areas has anchored numerous searches to identify business line and functional leadership. Prakash has conducted numerous technical searches in niche areas within these domains. He works closely with private equity investors to build leadership teams for their portfolio companies.

Subburaj has over twenty years of experience in Executive Search, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. He has an impressive track record of successfully completing numerous C-level search assignments for clients across industry verticals.

Prior to his move into Executive Search, he worked for TVS Suzuki and EPC in the oil and gas sector.

Subburaj has a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Reet Bhambhani leads the Technology, Digital, Banking & Financial Services Practices for EMA Partners in India and is part of the firm’s leadership council driving a high-performance culture within the firm. She has over fifteen years of experience in executive search and has been part of the India practice since its inception. Prior to her career move into executive search, she worked with a leading Broking & Securities firm in India.
