Aditi is a Client Partner in the Technology & Digital Practice in EMA Partners India. With over 24 years of experience, Aditi brings on board deep expertise in identifying and placing top leadership talent within the Technology sector. Prior to joining EMA Partners India, she served as the Sector Leader for Technology Markets at Korn Ferry India, where she was responsible for driving growth in the search practice across key segments, including products, services, outsourcing and Global Capability Centers (GCC). Her role involved client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored executive search solutions to leading organizations.
Before Korn Ferry, she held the position of Director and National Head of Search & Selection at Randstad, where she led the Permanent Recruitment business in India. Throughout her career, she has successfully driven business growth and profitability with a primary focus on leadership and mid-level hiring across diverse industries such as Consumer, Retail & Services (CRS), Public Health & Life Sciences (PHL), Engineering & Infrastructure (E&I), and Manufacturing. She has also led numerous large-scale, turnkey projects and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements, developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies for her clients.
Aditi holds a postgraduate degree in Linguistics from the University of Kolkata, along with a diploma in Public Relations from Bhavan’s College. As part of her leadership development , she has completed certifications in Executive Development from IIM Bangalore and an Executive Leadership Program from Singapore Management University (SMU).
