Council of the AESC. Chris is a member of the energy, mining and manufacturing practice groups.

Bala Kumaran is a Principal Consultant at EMA Partners in Dubai,
leveraging his experience in the Middle East market. Previously, he worked extensively in Singapore, focusing on the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, building a strong understanding of diverse talent landscapes.

Known for his consultative and results-driven approach, Bala takes
ownership of the entire search process to address clients' talent needs effectively. He partners with industry leaders to identify key talent and deliver impactful results, contributing to business development through market insights.

Nadine Ghoraieb is a Principal Consultant at EMA Partners in Dubai, bringing over 15 years of expertise in executive search for financial institutions, with a focus on private equity, investment banking, and family offices. Her extensive experience in Corporate and International Banking includes senior roles at BNP Paribas in Monaco.

Aditi is a Client Partner in the Technology & Digital Practice in EMA Partners India. With over 24 years of experience, Aditi brings on board deep expertise in identifying and placing top leadership talent within the Technology sector. Prior to joining EMA Partners India, she served as the Sector Leader for Technology Markets at Korn Ferry India, where she was responsible for driving growth in the search practice across key segments, including products, services, outsourcing and Global Capability Centers (GCC).

Geraldine is a key member of the Banking & Financial Services & Technology practice for the firm in India. With nine years of association with the firm, she has notable credentials in appointing high-impact C-suite leaders in both traditional and new-age organizations.

Deepshikha Tandon serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners, specializes in senior leadership hiring for the firm’s Industrial, Energy & Natural Resources practice across Southeast Asia. With a focus on orchestrating high-impact executive search and succession planning assignments, she aids clients in filling critical leadership positions at local, regional, and international levels. Deepshikha's tenure with EMA is distinguished by her expertise in addressing complex leadership challenges and unwavering commitment to business transformation.

Parin serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners and is a key member of the firm's Global Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Practice. He has over 13 years of expertise in Leadership Hiring, Succession Planning and Organization Capability Building with experience straddling across executive search and corporate.

Eva-Maria Maute works as Consultant, Executive Coach and DE & I Specialist for EMA Partners Switzerland AG. Having worked for diverse global companies, Eva-Maria has over 18 years’ experience in global marketing and management. 

Prior to focusing on Consulting and Executive & Business Coaching at Eva-Maria Maute Consulting, she was a member of the Swiss executive committee at a globally renowned F&B operator in the travel industry.

Bringing multi-year experience in banking and international management consulting, with over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience in the fields of information technology, executive search, and human resources consulting across a variety of industries.

Joana Carvalho Neto joined EMA Partners has Senior Associate Partner in January 2024. She has solid experience in general and HR management, training & organizational development, talent management, executive recruitment, and project management. She was exposed to a wide range of business areas throughout her career, which gave her a macro perspective of company management as well as a broad understanding of how businesses operate in a variety of fields.
