Daniella Cançado is a psychologist with a degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and specialized training in both organizational and hospital psychology. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and business consulting, having worked with major companies like Usiminas and Unimed. In 2009, she was honored with the Human Being award in the social responsibility category.

Rebeca has successfully conducted numerous executive search and leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the businesses of Energy and Natural Resources, Healthcare and Life Sciences, industry in all functions. She began his career working as a Psychologist Intern at Dasein. Prior to joining EMA Partners, Rebeca works for 2 years as Dasein’s Researcher.
