Danny Zhang has 20 years of experience as an Executive Search practitioner. He also specializes in Talent Mapping, and Business Strategy in the IT, Internet, Manufacturing and Hospitality industries. Over the years, he has worked closely for recruitment with Fortune 500 companies and large private enterprises for positions in top Management, to head sectors like Legal, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain, amongst others. 

Alex is the Managing Partner in Tokyo responsible for Consumer, Retail & Services, Industrial (consisting of Performance & Specialty Chemicals), Food Ingredients, Building & Construction, and a member of Government & Non-Profit Practices. He specialises in Management Search & C-suite Retained Recruiting Services.

Hala Merhi is a Senior Partner with EMA Partners Saudi Arabia. She has more than two decades of experience with leading executive search firms and professional services firms across diversified sectors.

Prior to EMA Partners International, she worked at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The start of her career was with International Health Resources Corp. as a Recruitment Manager in Lebanon, overseeing the recruitment of medical and support staff for healthcare institutions in the Gulf region.

Bleihid N Al Bleihid is the founder and Managing Director of EMA Partners Saudi Arabia.

Bleihid was the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Al-Ahli Takaful Company and has been the Senior Executive Vice President – Group Head, Human Resources Group at National Commercial Bank. He was also a Member, Nomination and Remuneration Committee at NCB Capital.

Yves co-founded EMA Partners International along with James Douglas (UK) in 1989. He has a long and impressive career spanning more than 25 years as an Executive Search practitioner. He has undertaken numerous searches in the high-tech, life sciences, luxury goods, industry and retail sectors. Prior to becoming an executive search consultant, Yves was in charge of the Talent Acquisition with RANK XEROX. He has a Master degree in psycho-sociology.

Jens has enjoyed a highly successful international career as an executive search practitioner for more than 20 years.

Prior to joining EMA Partners I JMI Executive Search, he worked with the Ward Howell International Group. He has completed more than three hundred search assignments across industry sectors including trade, finance, consumer services and retail.

Birger Husted is a Danish national and a Managing Partner at EMA Partners Prague. With almost 30 years of experience in the Executive Search business, he also opened the EMA Partners Czech Republic | Husted s.r.o. office in 2006.

Birger started his career in marketing and sales in Denmark but has undertaken international assignments in Sweden, Norway, Finland, German and the USA.

Capucine graduated with a Master's degree in Management from Paris Dauphine University, after which she completed a Master's degree in International Finance. Capucine passed the third level of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination in 2015. After a 12 year experience in the Investment Banking industry as a Financial Engineer and then an originator within different departments such as Equity derivatives, Commodities, Energy and Structured Financing where she covered various geographical areas including Spain, Russia, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Turkey and South-Africa.

César Pera is a Senior Consultant in Human Management Strategy, Executive Search, Executive Coaching and Talent Management with over 30 years of experience as Vice President of Human Resources in multinational and national companies, where he twice achieved “Great Place to Work” honours.

Cesar has been President of APERHU Peruvian Association for Human Resources, Vice President of the Andean region of the Interamerican Federation of People Management (FIDAGH), and a Director of the Board of the Graduate School of the Universidad del Pacífico.

Prior to joining EMA Partners I JMI Executive Search, Ole enjoyed a successful career in senior management roles in the Life Sciences sector. During the past 16 years he has worked as an executive search practitioner and has completed assignments within the pharmaceutical industry, biotech, and financial services sectors.
