Michelle was an IT expert who has spent the last 25 years working for large conglomerates both in Korea and abroad, including LG Electronics, IBM, and Cisco. Upon obtaining her master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kyungpook National University, Michelle led a technical support team at IBM and a service sales team for strategic accounts at Cisco by leveraging her background in engineering. Notably, her strengths lie in accurately analyzing her clients’ business needs and bringing them exceptional results.

Jiwon has been with Solution since 2006 and built up over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer, financial service, Media and Portal related industries at companies such as Ilsung Pharmaceuticals, Reuters as well numerous other multinational organizations. After many years of industrial service, she decided to move into the consulting business introducing talented professionals to companies. She has a real interest in discovering and promoting individual talents, matching their characteristics to the company’s business needs and culture.

Mr. Hakan Borin is a Swedish national with a long working career in RoK. He has a unique cross industry experience from establishing, business development and managing of foreign entities here. For the last 20 years he has been leading global companies’ subsidiaries here for ABB, Alstom, Pilz GmbH and Saab AB.

Additionally, he has supported Swedish SMEs to be introduced successfully as an investor and managing partner.

Harry is a human resources expert who has more than 30 years of hands-on experience. He spent over 10 years working as a HR executive at Bayer Korea and Glaxo Wellcom before becoming the president of Amrop International Korea.

In 1988, he founded the executive search firm, Solution Incorporated. In the same year, he also formed a successful partnership with a global talent management company, Stanton Chase International.

In addition to Solution Inc., he also established an online recruiting company, Career Match as a joint venture with Talenxworks Inc. in Canada.

Daehee has been working at Solution Inc. since 2014 and is vastly experienced Sr Consultant. He began his career at multinational AstraZeneca (position), before moving on to work for government Ministry of foreign Affairs (position) and Korea Army reserve as a captain.

Chris has practiced as a search professional for the past 25 years. After establishing the South African office, he recently joined the UK office and now works out of both locations. He serves on the EMA Partners Global Executive Committee and on the EMEA
Council of the AESC. Chris is a member of the energy, mining and manufacturing practice groups.

Chris has been an executive search practitioner for over 20 years and has worked with EMA Partners since 2002. He is a member of the EMA Partners Executive Committee and serves as, America’s Regional Chair.

Chris is the Global Head for EMA’s Global Payments, Digital & Transaction Services (GP, D&TS) practice group and co-leads the North American Financial Services and Payments practices. He is also a member of EMA’s Technology, Digital and Board & CEO Services practices.
