Monica began her career in marketing at Procter & Gamble (Health & Beauty Division) and Johnson Wax.
In 1989, she entered the brand communications consulting world with McCann Erickson, one of the IPG Group agencies. She supported their primary clients by developing and deploying their communication strategies and advertising projects. In 1998, she opened Calenti & Partners, originally a boutique HR firm specialising in marketing and communication talent searches.
Monica is an ICF certified coach and a certified counsellor.
