Shreya is keen to move out of the box, explore newer territories and take on challenges only to help unleash her potential to the fullest. Based in Mumbai, she now works for EMA Partners India as a Client Director in the Consumer & Retail practice. Shreya works with some of the leading names in the Consumer & Retail industry and has successfully worked with several clients to deliver value driven outcomes for clients across the sector.

Shweta has been with EMA Partners India for more than 15 years, contributing to the growth of firms Energy & Natural Resources and Industrial Manufacturing practice. Her extensive experience and deep sector knowledge have been instrumental in building the practice, achieving numerous success stories along the way. She has expertly managed critical client relationships and successfully executed numerous leadership assignments across functions for various organizations and geographies. 

Prior to joining EMA, she worked with American Express Bank and Marsh India.

Parin serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners and is a key member of the firm's Global Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Practice. He has over 13 years of expertise in Leadership Hiring, Succession Planning and Organization Capability Building with experience straddling across executive search and corporate.

Reet Bhambhani leads the Technology, Digital, Banking & Financial Services Practices for EMA Partners in India and is part of the firm’s leadership council driving a high-performance culture within the firm. She has over fifteen years of experience in executive search and has been part of the India practice since its inception. Prior to her career move into executive search, she worked with a leading Broking & Securities firm in India.

Utpal Das has been with EMA Partners India since January 2011. He has successfully closed several high impact searches ranging from general management to technically niche roles in diverse sectors. Utpal focuses on the Consumer, Retail & Services, Energy & Natural Resources and Industrial practices.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Utpal was a founding member of a boutique executive search firm based in Mumbai catering to clients in the BFSI sector.

Shilpa is a key member of the Banking & Financial Services practice for the firm in India.

With an overall experience of more than 12 years, she forayed into search after spending 6 years in clinical practice as a Neuro Pediatric specialist. She has earlier worked with a boutique executive search firm where she led hiring for Asset Management and Alternatives. She has been instrumental in leading multiple CXO level searches and New Build outs in the Asset Management industry.

She is a post-graduate in Business Management from Indian Education Society, Mumbai.

Sudarshan leads EMA Partners across India, Singapore & UAE and is part of the global firm's executive board responsible for the Marketing & Communications portfolio. Operating from Mumbai & Singapore, Sudarshan has over 25 years of experience in Executive search and has led successful domestic and cross border search assignments for both Indian and multinational corporations across industry sectors and functional disciplines. He also leads the Board and CEO practice for the firm in India and has partnered with clients to deliver several high-profile leadership appointments.
