His deep expertise in these areas has anchored numerous searches to identify business line and functional leadership. Prakash has conducted numerous technical searches in niche areas within these domains. He works closely with private equity investors to build leadership teams for their portfolio companies.

Subburaj has over twenty years of experience in Executive Search, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. He has an impressive track record of successfully completing numerous C-level search assignments for clients across industry verticals.
Prior to his move into Executive Search, he worked for TVS Suzuki and EPC in the oil and gas sector.
Subburaj has a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
